We have to be consistent!

Boss: Your text in the design is too big - we have to be consistent like the current clients designs.

Me: Actually the size is exactly the same.

Boss: That's impossible, it's too big make it smaller.

(I compared it pixel to pixel just in case and the size was exactly the same - I made it smaller, sent it back and she was happy)
